Vendor score change record

A traceable record of eligible score changes, including the Great Northern and Summit ordering correction.

Why this exists

Scores are editorial outputs from published inputs, not code status, product certification, or a recommendation.

Peptide Index does not sell products, process payments, or provide individualized medical advice. Records on this page are editorial information with explicit evidence limits.

September 9, 2026 eligible correction

Great Northern is now 9.3/10 and ranks above Summit at 9.1/10. The change is recorded in the project correction history and central score model.

Score versus evidence

A score summarizes published methodology inputs. It is not product certification, a code-verification result, a safety conclusion, or a purchase recommendation.

Versioning requirement

Future score changes should identify the version, evidence cutoff, changed inputs, missing categories, confidence, change reason, and historical comparison.
